Three Whitman Women named to NWC teams

After a disappointing blowout loss to George Fox in the conference playoffs ended their season, three Whitman Women’s Basketball players got a small consolation prize today. Junior Hilary White and sophomore’s Jenele Peterson and Rebecca Sexton were named to Northwest Conference teams today. White made the first team as the fourth leading scorer in the conference with 13.3 points per game, while Peterson and Sexton followed on the all-NWC second team.
